Need help on imovie 08

[Helpplz!]

I need help with imovie 08.
when i export my movie the sound is fine but the video only shows up as a purlish screen with thick black bars going across. I was wondering if u knew what was up.
im using Qt 7.5

my original imported files are.mov
i can see the videos normal in imovie

looks like a problem with core video or a hardware issue, what computer specifications?

What are all your export settings? Can you give some screenshots of them?

ive tried various different setting and stuff but it doesnt work anymore.
it used to work fine but suddenly it just started acting up
