    I have a question.

I am new to these graphics drivers and I need some help.

I have Windows XP 32-bit installed via Bootcamp. I saw that laptopvideo2go, the site that mostly everyone uses to get their nvidia drivers, has a driver that supports 8600M GT.

Here is the link I am talking about: http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=19487

My question is, will I be able to install these drivers on my Macbook Pro in XP?
It says the 8600M GT is supported so I thought I would install it.

And one more question. What is the benefit of installing the nvidia drivers. Will it, for instance, make Crysis run faster?

i find the laptop2go drivers better than the ones supplied by Boot Camp. they enabled me to make my Cinema Display with my MBP and i found games played better.

just install it and it overrides the previous drivers… no need to uninstall.
