Just got a new intel ssd for my 15" MBP(mid 2009)
The problem is that the SSD I have is 1.8" size(micro SSD) instead of 2.5".
So I have bought an adapter to convert it to 2.5" drive size to fit in the space of my MBP.
But when I tried to install OSX, my MBP won't recognize the drive.
My only thought is that the voltage on this SSD is 3.3V and my MBP might not support the 3.3v drives.
Does my MBP SATA connector support only 5V? not 3.3V?
Is there anyone have solution for this problem???
Thanks!
