need help prepping for sale

I have a lion disc I just reinstalled and it didnt wipe the HD which is what I was trying to do

how do I do this?

I just want it back to new w no passwords/files at all

Boot from the disk, go to disk utility, erase the drive, reformat it, then install the OS
