Hi all,

I just recently switched my parents from Winblows to a Mac Mini. All is going well except for one thing. My father often visits a financial website that displays content in macromedia flash. It displays fine, but if you try to print it you just get blank pages. It printed fine on his Windows machine using Internet Explorer.

He is using Firefox on the Mac. (thought it we be more Windows like and easier for him to adjust to).

Because of this issue he still has the printer hooked up to his old computer and is running both machines side by side. Please help me get rid of the windows machine.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Would printing a screenshot of the Firefox window work?

Press cmd-shift-4 then hit spacebar and click the FF window. That should give you a Picture 1.png/pdf file on your Desktop (in Tiger/Panther respectivly), which you can print using e.g. Preview.

Thanks. I new that would work, but I was hoping for a simpler solution. It has been a struggle convincing him to switch to Mac.
