Need help resizing a Containter PLEASE

hi im starting to get really frustrated i am trying to extend the "container disk2" with identifier disk0s3 to be the full size of the 500gb hardrive. Someone please give me the command i tried some already and kept getting couldnt unmount error. thanks.Screen Shot 2019-08-30 at 2.38.46 PM.png

Did you try doing it from command-option-r Internet recovery?

If you are command-r booted to regular recovery it won't work since you are booted to the very volume you are trying to resize.
