Need help selecting a video capture device

I want to convert some old VHS tapes to quicktime movies. Please suggest an inexpensive device to do this on my iBook (1.2 Ghz G4). I don't need it to do anything else, just convert VHS tapes to QT.

Also, if you have a miniDV camcorder, some of them allow you to transfer video to your computer through them on the fly, so you could plug a VCR into its video inputs and pass it through the camcorder into iMovie or other programs.

click on "more accessories..." on the lower left, then "video devices" at the bottom. It's the Pinnacle Studio Moviebox DV for $199.
