I have an Airport Extreme (N Draft) and a Linksys WRT54G router and I would like to set the Airport as my main router (connected to the DSL Modem) and have it broadcast my N signal (5GHz). I also need the WRT54G as an access point to the same network that handles the G/B devices. How do I do this? Bonjour needs to work across the devices as well.

Set the Linksys not to act as a separate DHCP router. Let the AEx distribute IP addresses for both. Not sure what the settings are on the linksys, but you basically want to turn pretty much everything off in teh way of NAT and DHCP.

^^ What he said. And be sure to connect your AEBS to the LAN port on your Linksys. I have a similar setup (Time Capsule & WRT54GS) and it works perfectly. Also, read this manual. It uses Apple Base Stations, but it will tell you exactly what needs to be done (just the method for the Linksys will be different).
