So my wife spilled a lot of hot cocoa on my MacBook last week and it gave me an excellent excuse to upgrade. Luckily I backed it up using time machine in October. So i found a unibody MacBook with a 250gb HD for a great deal on craigslist and snagged it up. I already loaded snow leopord onto it, but hereare my questions:
1.) how do I erase everything from the first owner to get it like a fresh MacBook?
2.) how do I restore all the stuff from my time machine backup to get it like my old MacBook was set up?

    Thanks

Use the system restore disks that should have come with the computer. Don't use it until you have done so.

You will be prompted to do so during the install.
