Need help: transferring contact from iphone to mac

Hi guys,

Is it possible for me to transfer my contact from my iphone to mac? as I intend to restore & backup my iphone in my new mac. The iphone was previously sync & backed up in my old windows laptop.

P/S: Will those "ipod to mac" software help?
