Looking for the right mac to run FCS 2. Currently have iMac 7.1 w/ 2 ghz. 1gb ram and 250 gb hd. ive worked w/ FCE for the past year and im starting to realize that i need something with a little more power. any help is greatly appreciated!

put more RAM in it and make sure you're source files are on an external FW drive... I'd do that first before buying a whole new computer.
