Need Help - VMware Conversion

Hi Everyone,

Well I'm in the process of converting my PC into my Mac, and while setting up Vmware Conversion, I'm having trouble figuring out what to put here:

VmWare Infrastructure Server Details

Server: ???
Username: ???
Password: ???

I've looked all over their site and also in the PDFs but may have missed it.
