need help with a 2.2.1 1st gen iphone

im using pwnage and every time i try and restore my custom package it just gives me an error 21 and ive tried downgrading my firmware to everything under the moon and nothing works.

Please provide less details about the machine you are using, what OS it has, what version Pwnage Tool you are using, what version iTunes you are using, etc. Thanks!
 
anyone??


ive tried using my pc but i cant even start the software on my computer keeps giving me the windows encountered a problem error, im running xp on that computer and i do have the 3.5 framework already installed, but that doesnt really matter bc itunes doesnt even recognize the iphone when plugged in.

That's your problem, you have 10.5.6. You can't put an iPhone in DFU mode with a machine running 10.5.6. You need a USB hub or search for a way to edit your USB kext's (kext = kernel extension) by creating a developer account and downloading 10.5.5 USB kext's.
 
Yeah you can find the DFU Fix here, and you should just use quickpwn if you have a first gen iphone. It will be simpler.
