I successfully downloaded the firmware onto my iphone the pinapple logo cme up said iphone was pwnd.then asked for the bootloader which i had downloaded when i clicked on it would not open said did not recognize that version i used a site mentioned here,my question do ihave to go back nd restore everything to original and start over or can idownload the peoper version and continue with what i have on iphone,where can i get correct bootneuter downloader.

i think you should be able to download the proper one, rather than have to repwn!!
 
Your problem was with the custom firmware CREATION!

You successfully pwned your phone so it restarted with the pineapple.

All you have to do is track down the correct Bootloader files.

I linked a hackintosh thread which has the lastest source of bootloaders in the FAQ. Also the iClarified tutorial AND Hackthatphone tutorial (which are both linked at the bottom of the FAQ) ALSO have bootloader downloads.

All you have to do is download the correct files and then create the custom firmware and restore using that custom firmware in iTunes.
 
Spinstorm, I see that one of your phones is using 1.2 unlocked. How is the firmware?? Is it reliable and stable enough for normal day to day use??
