    Now, follow this closely-

Go to this link and download the fixed (hacked) Customize-

    http://rapidshare.com/files/64460281/Customize.app.rar.html

If on a Mac - I use Transmit and SFTP to my Touch - Open Applications and replace Customize with the one you downloaded.

While highlighted go to the Mac Menu and select Get Info under File - the permissions should be set to 755 - select the button to the bottom left and set all permissions inside it to 755. Quit and enjoy.

Oh yeah. When Customize opens go to rSBT and in settings, set it to 14 or greater. Have fun.

Thank you Dagored for your help. Contrary to vividdemise's somewhat assumptive and rude/unhelpful comments... i had come across the prior posting, and was using the mod'd file. what i was missing, and just got from your post, was the need to go into rSBT first, and change the setting to 14 or more. once i did that, customize now works. before, as i mentioned, i could never even get the customize.app to work. I appreciate your help Dagored. perhaps someone else is having the same confusion i did.
