Need help with Find Friends issue

My husband has this on find friends - see the 467-1. No idea who that is. When he deletes it, it comes back. Also says it notifies this person when he leaves the house. Very creepy. Anyone know what it could be and how to get rid of it permanently?

Go into the Find My app and look through its settings.
Nobody can see another iPhone location unless that iPhone specifically allows them to. Whoever you’re sharing location with will be listed in the Find My app and can be deleted/terminated individually.

It kept coming back in after deleting it in the Find My app. I was able to delete it and keep it away by going into settings and deleting it in there.
