zmac i dont know what you do with vlc? does vlc serve the same purpose as dvd decrypter? and if so how do you operate it? also if i werent to use vlc and just continue to do it how im doing it with dvd decrypter and handbrake can i delete vlc off my computer or is it required for handbrake to right correctly?

VLC is a media player. but also operates the backend for decrypting through handbrake and if you plan to use handbrake in the future vlc will be required afaik from the requirements listed on handbrakes site.
im not sure if dvddecrypter really did the decoding assistance for you or if it was merely vlc.

oh ive never even opened vlc it just kinda sits on my desktop thats why i asked but also im certain dvd decrypter decoded the copyright stuff cause i had to do it that manually. If i dont load the movie in dvd decrypter before putting it in handbrake it wont play right in itunes. I donteven know how to use vlc

VLC can bypass the DRM issue? How? I see there is an option "convert/save", but when I click start, nothing happened.
