Hi, I Have Just Brought An iMac

Auto Boots To Windows - Running Bootcamp I Think

Dont Know Password For Windows Or Mac! (Need Help)

When I Hold Down Option On Startup It Shows A Lock With A Password Box + Arrow

When I Hold Down Command + S Nothing Happens

When I Insert Snow Leopard Upgrade CD + Hold C On Startup Or Option Command Shift + Delete Nothing Happens

It Just Boots To Windows!

Need Help ASAP Please As This Is My First Mac

I suggest asking the person you bought it from what the passwords are.
 
Where did you buy that Mac?

Btw, that is a Firmware Password you encounter.

If the firmware is password locked and is set to prevent boot from CD, I don't think there is a lot you can do.

Even resetting the Windows admin password would require a boot from CD as far as I know.

Unless somebody out there knows how to reset the firmware, I think you will have to wait for the seller to get back to you.
