Need help with IPAD2

HI,
I bought an IPAD2 2 weeks ago and as Im not very technology minded I cant get on with it at all.🙁

I want to sell it but do I need to un-sync it from Itunes?
To be honest I dont really know how to do that either😱

So do I have to or can it be sold as it is, theres only 11 pics on it, no apps or anything.

Also If i sel it as it is could someone get into my itunes account?
