The advice given me on the Apple forums is completely incorrect as I cannot find the the following drivers.

com.seagate.driver.PowSecDriverCore
com.bresink.driver.BRESINKx86Monitoring
com.rim.driver.BlackBerryUSBDriverInt

Unless there is something I am doing wrong, spotlight nor "Easy Find" can find those files. Where are these files hiding? I am not logged into administrator if that has anything to do with it.

Do you have a BlackBerry, did you install BlackBerry software on your system? If not, what you were looking at on the APple site probably doens't apply to you.

You haven't provided enough information for us to help you really. Kernel Panics can be hardware or software issues.

Why not just reinstall OSX?
Because depending on the cause it may be a waste of time.
