hi i recently i ran an ethernet cable from wireless router to my mac because i found wireless was a bit slow. however lately i have been annoyed with my ethernet internet as well, so i was wondering if there is a way to take full advantage of the wireless router connection along with the one from the ethernet cable. this way i can get faster downloads and uploads. let me know what you think (even if this is completely stupid and impossible), any help is appreciated. thanks

I don't believe so.

Besides, the slowdown probably lies with your internet connection, not your network. Even the slowest wired networks are many times faster than today's high-speed internet connections.
