So I've been using my MB-D10 with my D300 for awhile now with no problems. I sent my D300 off to Nikon because there was some oil on the sensor and wanted it cleaned. I got it back from them and I attached my MB-D10 with the 8 AA batteries inside. The CF blinked yellow as usual when attaching but when I go in the setup menu > Battery info it shows the MB-D10 with empty battery and the D300 with the Bat. meter going down. I also have the battery order of the MB-D10 first then the D300.
I have brand new AA batteries inside so I know its not the batteries. I also rechecked to make sure they were in correctly. The buttons work on the MB-D10 also. Any insight would be much appeciated
