I have set up "default messages" on my messages, however for my third party apps (WeChat, Facebook Messneger) I don't have the same.

I've looked up on how to do it for Facebook Messenger, however it says I have to log in (on my phone) to the app, click on settings and click on "Apple Watch", however I don't see that "Apple Watch" option on my phone (and I have up to date iOS on both devices).

Another question: On my Apple Watch I only use about 6/20 of the apps on my Apple Watch. Is it possible to remove all the other things like Radio, Remote, Reminder, Breathe, Stocks, etc? I removed "Stocks" on my iPhone but for some reason it did not mirror it on my watch.

This could simply be that the feature is not available to you on Facebook.

Also, the default message feature needs to be developed by the other apps. What do you mean by you’ve setup? What does it do?

You can’t remove default apps.

There are guides online that shows you how to set up default messages on FB Messenger, when you go to settings (on the app) and click on “Apple Watch” but for some reason I don’t have that option on my Messenger?

Ahh that’s weird. I don’t have stocks on my iPhone though? And that sucks so I have to have “Stocks” on my Apple Watcg? :(

Unfortunately, I don’t use either of the apps you mentioned. Maybe someone else can chime in.

Yeah you have to have it. Even when you remove it from your iPhone, it literally just removes the shortcut / icon from the home screen. All the defaults apps actually still reside on your device because of OS integration.

How old are the guides? I avoid Facebook apps, so I don't know for sure, but it's possible Facebook dropped support for Apple Watch.
