i just got my new macbook pro that my boss ordered for me. when i try to set up my mail or anything like that it asks for me .mac account. i dont know what or how to get a mac account. i have a yahoo mail. please help me im new to the mac thing but it is 4 sure better then damn windows.

A .mac is like an online account where you can upload files and have an email address which you have to buy from Apple but you already have Yahoo mail so you need to enter the POP3 info into Mail...
1. Click the Mail tab in Mail and go to Preferences
2. Click Account
3. Click the + button and choose POP from the drop down menu
Continue entering the info it is asking you for from Yahoo POP info I hope this helps you.
