Need help with rain jacket

    I'm in need of a rain jacket, but I have no idea which ones are good.

    I basically need one for around-campus walking.

    I saw this one, and liked it, but even the xl was too small (Since it's boys): Linky.


    And, to be honest, I have no idea if that's even good or not at protecting from rain, and keeping me (somewhat) warm at the same time.

    My price range is around $35-45, so any suggestions?

    I got a good fitting brand new Berghaus waterproof jacket from a charity shop recently, for just £25. I didn't need one, but it was an absolute bargain!
