Need help with Sony USB2.0 and PowerBook

Hiya,
a simple problem i am sure but...
i can't wipe my Sony Micro Vault 128MB USB2.0 with my PowerbookG4. When I look in Finder there are no files on the stick, but if I Apple Info it, there is only 3MB of space left.
Please help 😕
