need help with wifi

I hane iphone 3g 16gb it show no wifi,it there a way can enable the wifi,I'm use 3.0 software,thanks in advance for any help.

Just go into settings, and click on "wifi" and you can use the toggle to turn it on, and it will show all available networks.

Thank you my wifi icon dose not highlight how do I turn on and get what and where toggle to turn on.

You normally just slide it or click it to turn it on. Is it greyed out? It might be an actual problem with your phone.

I got on Craiglist about 3 hour and try to restore back to factory setting and load ultra snow still no wifi so I can't unlock the phone,I guess time to sell back on Craiglist,thankyou for your help.
