I have lose my documents from the dock, can anyone help???? Thanks, Bob
Do you mean your Documents folder? If so, you can find it in your Users folder (Users/your username/documents) – just drag it into the Dock and all should be well again.

How to restore folders to the Dock
Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8C148a Safari/6533.18.5)
I'm assuming that you're referencing the Documents folder and not specific documents. The dock is just filled with shortcuts to actual items, so it is easy to bring back the documents folder to the dock.
Click on the (leftmost) Finder icon on the dock.
Go up to Go -> Home Folder.
Drag the Documents folder to the right side of the dock.
Open Finder and drag them back to the right hand side of the dock.
In addition to the already mentioned solution, also have a look at the following, to understand Mac OS X and not get into a panic which can be avoided.
