I just bought the newest macbook pro 17 inch model, and paid almost 3000 for it. I just saw on the website that Lion OS is coming out and it looks amazing, i've never owned a macbook so how does upgrading the OS work? it is like the iphone where i just plug it into itunes or do i need to buy a disk?

Thanks so much in advanced!

you buy a disc. Little upgrades are free, but the OS itself will cost you. Snow Leopard the last OS was $30, however people are saying Lion will be likely to cost more because it is a bigger overhaul than snow leopard was. I'm hoping it stays under $100

Thanks! I don't mind that too much seeing how much i paid for mine, and i'm VERY excited for Lion OS.
