Okay heres the situation. My friend asked me to fix his ipod. It was originally stuck on the apple logo stuff. I was able to get it into DFU mode so its just a black screen now. Itunes pops up saying the ipod has to be restored. Okay, I click restore and it takes a couple of minutes then a message pops up saying " The iPod "iPod" could not be restored. A unknown error occurred (1602)."


I'm basically at my end here, I have no idea what to do..
