I have a ATV2 on 5.0.2 and its jailbroken. In need to rejailbreak because I got the SSH worm. Can I just do another jailbreak on the same firmware or will I loose it?

If you wipe your Apple TV you will lose all data on it through iTunes and you will be upgraded to the latest firmware appropriate to your model.
