Another costume idea

A friend's wife got a big cardboard box and made it look like an oven. Cut the front so it could open. She wore a black shirt and taped a picture of a roll on her belly bump.

Dress her up as an overly pregnant lady, and you should dress up as a stork with a baby in a blanket hanging from your neck.

Our of our friend did the pregnant nun/priest couple, and another did Britney/K-Fed (pre-divorce).
This is an interesting thread, as my wife and I are due in April. Twins. I'd like to hear if anyone has any ideas for that! It wouldn't be a reveal, as most already know, but something original would be cool.

Me and my Mrs went out dressed as Homer & Marge (as it turns out my Mrs was pregnant at the time but no bump showing.) You could reverse it so that she could be Homer (doesn't need a cushion) and you could.... er put on a dress and be Marge. All you need is yellow body paints, a swimming cap (bald head), and a couple of sheets of paper rolled into a tube, cover in cotton wool and painted blue.
