Need info on unlocking iphone!

You can't unlock any 1.1.3 (out of the box or upgraded)...period. If you find a 1.1.2, the only way to "unlock" is with the use of a TurboSIM type sim replacement. It's a dual type sim card in which you have to cut your sim in order for it to work. There are NO software unlocks for 1.1.2 firmware out of the box. Basically, you're screwed. Try eBay for someone who had a 1.1.1 and upgraded it to 1.1.2 and software unlocked. Then all you have to do is just put in your alternative sim and bam, it works. There aren't many of those out there for sale though...I have one...not for sale though 
Yeah, basically what that other dude said. You have to wait for the iPhone 5 which doesn't come out until 4 years from when you made this post.
