I have been tortured for two days by Apple not resetting my password, security questions not working and am blocked out of my account. Wrote the first day, they responded with a pat unhelpful answer. Now they are not responding at all. I have one account, linked to five devices my family uses and we are all twiddling our thumbs and frustrated. I can't find a phone number anywhere. Do I have to make the trip to an Apple store to get help????:
