Need photo editor with lots of stickers!

Hi I have a MacBook Pro running Yosemite

For my work I need a mac app that will edit a photo and then add lots of graphics ( stickers) like confetti and different objects ( hearts, bubbles etc)

I tried photoscape but it doesn't let you change color of the stickers they have

So any app recommendations would be greatly appreciated Thanks!
