Need Reason for ISP to change IP +REP

I got banned from a site and need a BS reason to change my ip. What do you guys have?

That is a BS reason to change your IP. Why don't you try behaving in such a way that you don't get banned next time?

There are ways to circumvent IP bans, but I'm not particularly interested in helping you to do so.
