Need refurbed 3GS.... Still no Jailbreak arrrgghh

My 3GS has stress fractures. I'm scheduling an app with the Genius bar tomorrow. Has anyone else got a refurbed iPhone recently? Do the refurbs have the 3.1.3 software or 3.1.2? I really need MyWi for work.......

Got a refurb last week. 3.1.3 with the latest modem update as well. No more jailbrake for me for now. I hate it, but had to do it cause it was an issue with my battery not holding charge. I would maybe wait a bit if I were you if the only problem you are having is with stress fractures. As long as the phone works, keep it for now till the new GeoHot release comes.

Wish I would have. Took mine in for cracks in the case a week after the update. Now I won't have MiWi for my iPad. Just have to wait it out I suppose.
 
Yes either wait it out or wait for a JB to be released for the latest firmware out there.
This way when you do get it swapped the firmware thats out can be JB. Hope you got some time left on your Applecare warranty.
 
Thanks, I guess its not the end of the world. I will wait it out and just keep my Otter Box case on my iPhone. I really want to keep my jailbreak for the iPad. It will be a work device and i need Mywi. I'm hoping that 3.2 will be released with the iPad and a Jailbreak shouldn't be too far behind.
