Hi friends,

I have an iPhone 4s. I have been using an Otterbox defender case for the past year (purchased through Amazon) and the outermost rubber casing has come apart.

I am looking for a replacement case and was wondering if you had any suggestions?

I do not need something ultra rugged, but would like to protect it against accidental falls.

I like the Lunatik Taktik but it seems that there are many replicas out there...so it is hard to find a genuine one at a good price.

Any other suggestions please?

Also, do you know if the generic rubber replacements available on Amazon and Ebay for 3-10 dollars (depending on the seller) are worth considering?

Thanks,
hulahoop

I too had the Defender for my 4S, after mine got worn, I went with a Ballistic Hard Core. Much better in my opinion.
