I have an iMac from 5 years ago. My wife set up two profiles and I didn't like it. I deleted the profile and didn't know I deleted all the files. There is no iCloud. Is there a way to get all the files I deleted back?

Ouch. I believe there are file recovery utilities available for OSX. I've used them for FAT file systems but never for HFS+ so I don't have any recommendations. I even have an old copy of drive genius sitting on a shelf somewhere but I never broke the shrink wrap. I bought it when I was new to the Mac, thinking I would have to micromanage disks and files and I didn't realize at the time it was something I'd never use.

New iMac/MBP user (OS X 10.8.4) and was curious about your situation - so I opened the 'User's Accounts' in System Preferences and choose a test account on my MBP to delete - below is a screenshot of the options, i.e. save as a disk image, save as is, or delete - I'm assuming that you chose the latter one? Do you have Time Machine running on your iMac? If not, a 'data recovery' service or recovery software would likely be needed - sorry -
