GUys, I have Iphone 3g and it was jailbroken and also software unlocked. I then updated it with my itunes and now my firmware is 2.30.03...Can some one tell me if there is a way to downgrade my firmware or software unlock it again?

I will really appreciate it.

So far you are out of luck,

can't be done, you'd need to downgrade your baseband and it's not something thats possible right now.

If you're willing to dismantle the phone, remove the baseband chip, and know hexadecimal coding, you can downgrade 😀

find a cheap phone to use until the software unlock comes out for thew new baseband. Or you could try a rebelsim or turbo sim, but i am not 100% sure if they are fully compatible with the 2.2.1 iphone 3g.

There are Proxy Sim Cards (The Rebel/Turbo sim cards) available and working for 2.2.1 and the latest baseband, but I don't recommend using them unless you need to be unlocked.
