Need Smart Watch Fitness Tracker

I'm looking for some advice and recommendations as I'm planning on buying one. I need to make some lifestyle changes again and think this will help me. Ok, so what do I want? Blood Pressure monitor if possible - I think I've heard of some that have this function? Heart rate/pulse would be useful.

Well, AW offers the latter but not blood pressure monitor (for now).
