Ok, here is what I have:

Quad-Display Monitors (all working from PC, 2 VGA and 2 DVI)
PC Windows Vista Desktop
1 Keyboard
1 Mouse
and a Macbook Laptop.

I do software development (for PC AND MAC) and need the ability to switch between the PC / MACBOOK on my Quad-Display monitors and use the same keyboard and mouse.

Please let me know what I need, I assume some kind of switch but in hours of searching google was not able to find anything to handle this. Also what keyboard would i need to handle MAC and PC functions (prefer wireless).

Thanks for any insight!

One problem I see with Synergy if I understand correctly... this will only allow for user of keyboard/mouse on each computer and it's monitor.

But I want to use the same quad-display monitors with both my laptop (mac) and desktop (pc). So I want my PC and MAC to all display on my quad-display monitors using the same keyboard/mouse. I don't need to use both at same time, so a switch of some sort is acceptable. I just need the mac to display on my key/mouse/quad-display when needed and the PC to display on the key/mouse/quad-display when needed.

It seems like Synergy only allows to use same mouse/keyboard on that computers setup monitor (laptop monitor).

I understand I will probably have to buy hardware and I'm on with that, but what do I have to get? I've been searching and haven't found a thing that does this specifically.
