Need some guiding pls

Hey!
I'm totally clueless when it comes to Mac and I really appreciate some help from you guys
I starting to learn fashion design in the spring and I need a new computer for this very important occasion.
Can you please recommend me on a strong computer in a reasonable price (as much as Mac prices can be)?

What is your budget? Odds are you don't "need" a Mac at all, but without a budget to work with you might as well just pick the one you can afford.

Really? Because when I went for a visit at the school everybody over there had Mac's. My budget is around 1500$.

you should be able to find a used 15" MacBook Pro in that budget...(New starts at $1799)

Or a new 13" MacBook Pro... $1199 (before student discounts)

But, If you can wait, Rumors are out (We Don't know nuttin' 'bout any rumors around here) there is a 15" MacBook Air coming...

No idea what the price will be, but when they hit, lots of used machines will hit the market.
