Need some help/advice on a newly installed WD black SN750 on late 2013 15" MBP

Hi guys!

Just put in a new WD SN750 500GB SSD w/ Sintech adapter (running Catalina 10.15.4). The drive shows up in disk utility but doesn't show up on OS install screen/or Time machine. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!

It is not initialized. You have to click erase and format the drive.

let me know your result, i want to know for idle/sleep status, any problem with that?
if all is fine, i think to upgraded my 2013 15 late 😀

Unfortunately, the 2013 MacBook doesn't support proper sleep and hibernation like the 2015 Macbooks.

OMG,
hmm im thinking move to trendcen jetdrive 850, their using native nvme, so dont need using adapter and many people said all is fine for sleep/hibernate.

Sleep and hibernation only works properly with an original Apple SSD in the 2013 and 2014 MacBook.
