Need some advice. I have a MacBook Pro and as educational course director I deliver lectures using keynote monthly. The topic I teach is medical ultrasound and myself and my co director use top end simulators which we connect via HDMI to projector . At the same time I deliver a keynote, describing the images etc, onto our second projector which we have side by side. We want to create a live stream window of our trainers hand when he’s moving Ultrasound probe around chest and have it overlying the slides on my keynote. Had a look a various options and non seems to be straightforward. Has anyone got a solution? Note, we would be live streaming from on iPhone XR. Any help appreciated,

Please see screenshot file to assist with explanation

To clarify…you want to live stream a lecture using an iPhone XR as the camera which would include a picture-in-picture that would include a Keynote slideshow that at times would be switched to a (second?) live camera of a ultrasound probe?

And I say "clarify" tongue-in-cheek.

No I want the live feed in a floating window on my keynote presentation so the live feed is playing over my slides...I did go down the path of creating a quartz composition file based on a thread I read. it was going fine until it came to the part of embedding the live feed window into keynote - apparently they have blocked it in the latest updates...WHHHY
