Need some help with excel and charts, I searched, came up empty

I've been plotting some data in excel and have some charts made. The only problem is that I need to be able to label the Maximums (Peaks), preferably without doing it one by one. The chart type is a line drawing in case that matters.

I also need to label the x and y values, but I think I saw something about that while I was searching...

Thanks in advance for any help
