Need some help with my switch(iTunes)

Ok, so i got my MBP today and I love it!
I do need some help with my iTunes library though.
I have my iTunes library set up on my PC but I want to switch it over. I copied all my music on my MBP but I only want to have the music that I have on my PC's iTunes library on my MBP's iTunes library.
Is there a way i can do this without manually picking through all of my folders?

if you have itunes automatically manage the iTune's Media Folder then it should all be together in an iTunes folder complete with database and playlists that can be directly copied over. if you were managing the organization yourself than its not as easy and you'll have to go through things.

its been awhile since i've done this but i believe that is correct.
