Need some help with terminal? (ipfw command)

Hi guys I'm trying to enter the sudo ipfw command in terminal, such as the ones listed here:

Everytime I try it, it says: "command not found." Anyone know what is going on? I'm pretty new to terminal and Macs in general but could this be a Yosemite problem?

Oh okay. Any way I can enter those commands without ipfw? 😕
