I ordered through the Apple app first. Got something that read the reservation has been made but they couldn’t get in contact with AT&T carrier system. Wait for email.
I panicked and went on AT&T app, and upgraded there. Only thing I got was estimated shipping date nov. 2 - nov. 10. Wait for email with exact delivery date. I still haven’t received it.
I finally get apples email and it shows delivery date nov.3 but I’m not eligible for upgrading my phone. I’m assuming because I upgraded it through AT&T.
My question is, can att cancel my preorder and make me eligible to upgrade again and will I apple’s website then be able to recognize I’m eligible to upgrade if they change it?
