Need the macOS High Sierra bootable dmg

Have a MAC Air that had its HD wiped and am trying to reinstall High Sierra. I have the OS but not the installer. I haven't found it anywhere. Just a few "Apps" that want to load a lot of CRAP. Does anyone have or can point me to just the dmg please.

OK have the Install.dmg. How do I get it to install on the MAC Air. the MAC Air's HD has been wiped. Boots to a blank screen or I can "Command + option + R" and get to the restore from internet. But that only goes to the server that is no longer available. I am currently using a MAC Mini M4
